ROSSA Reactive Digital Ink is formulated for digital printing on cotton and other suitable cellulosic textiles. Designed for textile printing applications that require vibrant colour reproduction, smooth ink delivery and dependable print quality, it supports the creation of detailed patterns and richly coloured fabric designs.
Applications: Cotton and other Cellulose Textiles.
01 Fabric Preparation
Grey fabric pre-treatment with suitable chemicals.
02 Digital Printing
Printing with ROSSA reactive digital ink
03 Drying
Dry the printed fabric
04 Steaming/Fixation
Steam at the required temperature for the required time.
05 Washing
Cold Wash, Hot Wash and Soaping as per requirement.
06 Final Drying
Achieve bright colours and sharp details for a range of textiles.
